For me, wellness starts with the basics. What I eat. What I drink. How well I stay hydrated. The supplements I choose and whether they are actually supporting my body or just adding more clutter to my routine.
I’ve had to get really honest with myself about that.
I come from a family that lives a long time. My grandmother is 100 years old, and seeing that has completely shifted how I look at my own life. I’m not just trying to live long. I’m preparing to live well for a long time. I want to feel good in my body, have energy, stay mobile, and actually enjoy my life as I age.
That means the foundation matters
