  • Each guest will be invited to curate their own personal wellness journey during their stay. As part of the retreat experience, every participant will receive three private 90-minute wellness treatments, allowing for deep restoration of both body and mind.

    Guests may select from the following therapeutic offerings:

    • Deep Tissue Massage – A targeted treatment designed to release deep muscular tension and restore mobility.

    • Swedish Massage – A calming and restorative experience that promotes circulation, relaxation, and nervous system balance.

  • Throughout the retreat, I will personally facilitate a variety of Yang yoga styles and deeply restorative Yin yoga sessions, along with guided meditation, pranayama breathwork, chakra healing and balancing practices.

    Each offering is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and holistic alignment of the mind, body, and spirit.

    In addition, we will have a certified health and life coach who will facilitate daily group discussions to enhance the overall experience and provide a structured space for reflection, integration, and deeper personal transformation.

Each day of the retreat is thoughtfully structured to balance movement, nourishment, healing, reflection, and restoration. The rhythm allows guests to move through a curated wellness experience while still enjoying spacious time for rest, personal insight, and connection.

Morning: Awakening the Body

  • The day begins with an energizing yoga practice designed to gently awaken the body and mind. This session combines flowing movement, breathwork, and mindful stretching to increase circulation, release stiffness, and cultivate clarity for the day ahead. The practice is accessible to all levels and leaves guests feeling grounded, centered, and revitalized

  • Guests gather for a relaxed continental breakfast featuring fresh fruit, tea, coffee, and light nourishing options. This peaceful morning meal offers time to connect with fellow guests while enjoying a calm start to the day

  • Guests will rotate through their private wellness treatments during this time throughout the retreat. Each guest will receive their choice of three personalized treatments such as:

    • Deep Tissue Massage

    • Hot Stone Therapy

    These treatments are designed to release physical tension, restore balance to the nervous system, and support the deeper healing and transformation cultivated throughout the retreat.

  • After spa treatments, guests are given time to slowly transition back into the retreat experience. This quiet period allows the body to fully absorb the benefits of the treatment while offering space for reflection, tea, or simply resting in stillness.

Midday: Movement & Nourishment

  • This grounding practice reconnects guests with their bodies after the morning’s treatments. The session blends mindful movement with breath awareness to promote balance, flexibility, and a sense of calm presence.

  • Lunch will be the most substantial meal of the day. Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully prepared multi-course meal featuring fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors designed to nourish the body and support vitality.

  • During this time we will explore guided experiences designed to deepen the retreat journey and support personal reflection.

    Sound Healing Journey

    A deeply immersive sound bath using crystal bowls and healing frequencies that calm the nervous system and encourage profound relaxation and energetic balance.

    Facilitated Group Discussions

    Guided Journaling & Reflection Practices

Late Afternoon: Personal Time

Evening: Nourishment & Restoration

  • Dinner will feature light yet nourishing dishes such as seasonal salads, soups, and wholesome meals designed to support relaxation and ease before the evening practice

  • The day concludes with a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice. This slow and meditative style of yoga involves long-held postures that gently release tension in the connective tissues and calm the nervous system.

    Through breathwork, stillness, and guided meditation, guests are invited to surrender into deep relaxation and prepare the body and mind for restful sleep.
